Job Summary
Conduct daily onboarding, coaching, and performance management for all drivers and helpers while spending 80% of time in the field. Meet with new frontline employees daily to ensure consistent communication, review best practices, and address improvement opportunities through active coaching conversations. Lead by example to uphold safety practices, teach the WM Way, and conduct root cause investigations for injuries and incidents. Document regulatory requirements, audit route operations daily, and visit customer sites to resolve safety issues. Maintain positive relationships with all front-line employees and collaborate on career goal progress.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (accredited)
- High School Diploma (accredited)
- two (2) years of relevant work experience
- at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Successful completion of the WM Operations Manager Trainee program
