Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of drivers and helpers; spend the majority of the day in the field with frontline employees; ensure safety practices and regulatory compliance (DOT) including documenting DVIRs and root-cause investigations; conduct daily onboarding touchpoints, visit customers to address safety issues, and lead by example to promote the WM Way; focus on coaching conversations and ongoing performance improvement across route operations and frontline staff.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree
- High School Diploma (accredited) and two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Valid Driver's License
