Job Summary
Onboard, coach, and mentor all drivers and helpers while spending the majority of the day in the field to establish positive relationships. Conduct daily meetings with new frontline employees, review route operations documentation, and perform root cause investigations for injuries and incidents. Address improvement opportunities, teach the WM Way, and visit customer sites to resolve safety issues. Maintain records required by regulatory agencies such as the Department of Transportation. This role supports a mix of office and plant/field environments, requiring a valid driver's license and at least two years of relevant work experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree
- High School Diploma (accredited)
- two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Valid Driver's License
