Operations Manager, Warehouse

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure achievement of site objectives; maintain Lean Six Sigma and enforce safety and compliance standards; lead a warehouse team, interview/train/select employees, and manage performance, attendance, and coaching; communicate goals to staff, coordinate with service providers and clients, and implement corrective actions to meet operational goals and client satisfaction; foster open communication and professional relationships at all levels across multiple client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Two (2) years or more of warehouse experience required
- Must have people management experience
- Ability to prioritize and organize work, along with strong follow-up, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written forms with customers, employees, peers, and management
