Operations Manager - Warehouse

Lead teams in a dynamic operational environment to consistently exceed established goals and demonstrate a commitment to customers and excellence. Develop forward-looking plans and turn them into successful execution while effectively managing resources to meet the site financial operating plan. Establish and sustain trained, competent staff through recruitment, hiring, training, development, and retention, ensuring two-way communication that recognizes excellence. Implement an incident-free safety culture by proactively identifying unsafe conditions, coaching through observations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies and company policies. Meet or exceed customer key performance metrics by interacting daily with local customers to understand emerging needs and lead the team in identifying operational improvements for inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. Develop and execute the annual financial and operating plan, making timely adjustments to operating metrics and P&L to achieve Business Plan targets. Ensure customer billings, associate payroll, and intercompany charges are prepared accurately and reflect all activities in the P&L.
