Job Summary
Lead a large-scale distribution center as Warehouse Operations Manager, overseeing all warehousing functions from inbound receiving to outbound shipping. Manage a team of 40+ associates and ensure compliance with customer service-level agreements, safety standards, and operational metrics. Responsibilities include labor planning, training, performance monitoring, and inventory management using warehouse management systems. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse leadership and strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse leadership or operations management role
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Manhattan, SAP)
- Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and reducing costs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a 3PL or high-volume fulfillment environment highly preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
