Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, and coach warehouse employees while enforcing policies, procedures, and safety standards in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. Forecast requirements, prepare annual budgets, and analyze variances to meet financial objectives. Develop warehouse operations systems, including product handling, storage, receiving, and inventory management processes. Implement effective layouts accounting for product flow and equipment, while coordinating security patrols and protecting property. Resolve operational problems, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to achieve customer service and operational goals. Maintain compliance with legal requirements and participate in ongoing education to update job knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of Five (5) years of management experience in a fast-moving consumer goods warehouse environment
- Experience implementing and managing virtual delivery protocols
- Experience in Paperless invoicing systems and applications
- Forklift certified
- A valid Cayman Islands Group 4 driver's license
- Ability to manage processes
- Ability to manage and discipline team members effectively
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft suite
- Proven health and safety training
- Customer Services Focused
- Deadline-oriented
