Job Summary
Lead branch operations to achieve company targets and ensure a safe, productive atmosphere by preparing annual budgets, administering monthly updates, and identifying performance improvement opportunities. Manage personnel performance, safety, training, and customer service while collaborating with Inventory Planning to maintain parts inventory levels that meet demand and service expectations. Work with customers, suppliers, and co-workers to fulfill orders within cost expectations, and meet with managers to design and implement efficient work plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Management and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Base pay ranges from $97,000 to $120,000 per annum plus an annual incentive bonus.
