Job Summary
The Operations Manager at VitalShred will lead and optimize shredding operations, supervise records center/vault activities, ensure staffing and training, and drive continuous quality improvements across operational processes. Responsibilities include implementing quality concepts, coordinating with Area VP/Director of Operations on the quality program, managing budgets and forecasts, maintaining facilities/equipment, controlling inventory and audits of daily shred operations, and delivering professional customer service.
