Operations Manager - Vietnam and Cambodia

Own end-to-end execution of supply chain operations, driving speed and efficiency across the network by partnering with co-packers, suppliers, and warehouse teams. Manage operations within budget targets while monitoring, analyzing, and improving supply chain performance to support business growth. Collaborate on new plant setup, raw material demand, and production planning to meet regional sales targets, and assist with new product launches. Optimize operational systems, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency, while managing budgets, procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure effective resource use. Identify inefficiencies in the production and supply network, implementing solutions that impact multiple organizational areas.
