Job Summary
Run daily onsite operations for Via's transit service, making real-time decisions on fleet, driver supply, and compliance to ensure safe, reliable transportation. Guide drivers through concerns while turning rider feedback into actionable improvements, using data to diagnose performance issues and implement efficiency solutions. Act as the operational bridge between city partners, drivers, and central teams to manage run scheduling, breakdown escalations, and time-point adherence for large-scale fixed-route transit. This fully in-person role requires onsite presence 4-5 days per week in the Montgomery area, with a salary range of $85,000 to $115,000.
