Drive continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and strategic growth posture; oversee production/assembly of complex electronic components and equipment; require strong people leadership, culture change, and coaching to develop teams; ensure quality/system standards (ISO 9001 or similar) are maintained; prioritize training, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration; travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- Masters preferred
- min 7 years in manufacturing environment
- hands-on leadership
- experience with ISO 9001 or similar
- experience with testing/evaluation of electronic components/circuit boards/equipment
- strong data/statistical analysis to identify trends
- ability to train, coach, and mentor team members
- travel <10%
