Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations and site-based support to maximise capacity and deliver strong operational and financial performance. Lead operatives and manage assets to meet service expectations, deliver a first-time collection culture, and drive efficiencies. Be the nominated Transport Manager with responsibility for Fleet management and compliance, utilising data to improve operational performance and optimize waste transfer station activities where applicable. Key skills include CPC Level 3 leadership, fleet management, waste industry experience, data-driven decision making, and a focus on safety, customer service, and team wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- Transport CPC Level 3 or equivalent
- Leadership & Management experience
- Previous experience within the waste industry
- Previous fleet management experience
