Job Summary
Deliver premier customer service by resolving client requests, supervising valet attendant relations, and ensuring proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed. Hire, develop, and train a team while identifying staffing levels to complete daily duties. Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget. Identify procurement and vendor needs, perform general accounting duties including accounts payable and payroll, and monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards. Monitor and review damage claims to implement safety programs, and implement policies to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws. Requires a valid driver's license; salary range $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate team members
- Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus
