Job Summary
Lead site operations for 9+ staff across delivery, pickup, safety, and inventory functions. Manage local teams including Supervisors and Leads to ensure operational consistency, financial discipline, and alignment with organizational goals. Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities, managing labor utilization and expenses to meet service objectives. Conduct site-level audits, investigations, and performance reviews, partnering with the Regional Director to implement strategic initiatives. Build leadership depth through succession planning and mentorship of emerging talent.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. Degree
- at least 5 years of multi-site management experience with business operations
- Understanding of the medical equipment industry
- Outstanding listening, communications, collaboration, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of financial and performance metrics, order, and inventory data and trends
- Proven remote-management abilities
