Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for coordinating and maintaining Urban Rest’s Sydney property portfolio, overseeing maintenance, housekeeping coordination, reporting on operating tasks and financial outcomes, onboarding new properties, and ensuring safety/quality standards across sites. The role entails project management, site visits with contractors, basic on-site maintenance, quality control, rosters, stock/inventory management, and collaborating with property owners, external agents and stakeholders. The candidate should have strong communication, delegation, initiative, and comfort with adopting new technologies, with a hospitality/property/operations background preferred. Key skills include operational/task prioritisation, tenant/guest experience focus, supplier/vendor coordination, inspections and onboarding of new properties, and proficiency with Google Suite.
