Job Summary

Operations Manager for Flooring and Facility Solutions at United Rentals leads a new business from the ground up, coordinating and directing delivery of white-glove service to facility maintenance and restoration customers, partnering with the district manager to ensure safety, training, policy compliance, and efficient operations, overseeing FFS sales efforts, and managing direct staff (including FFS Outside Sales Representatives and Mechanics) with a focus on leadership, coaching, and accountability. Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of sales and operational experience
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills
  • Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable record
