Job Summary
Lead operations at the Elizabeth, NJ location for United Rentals by supporting the Branch Manager to drive branch productivity and ensure safety, world-class customer service, and policy compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing sales initiatives, directing performance management of direct staff (including Inside Sales Reps and Drivers), coaching and training personnel, and promoting a culture of safety and discipline through leadership and accountability. Requires high school diploma with preference for a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of sales and operational experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license with acceptable record. The role is safety-sensitive and focuses on coordinating and directing the delivery of quality service to maximize branch performance.
