Operations Manager

Coordinate and direct overall delivery of quality service to maximize branch productivity by working closely with the Branch Manager. Support implementation of actions to achieve financial objectives, ensure compliance with all company policies, and oversee sales efforts and business initiatives. Manage performance of direct staff including Inside Sales Reps and Drivers while motivating, coaching, and training personnel. Promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, exemplary personal compliance, accountability, and communication. This Safety Sensitive role requires a valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
