Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational analytics, and the ability to implement strategic initiatives across multiple departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of Three (3) years of proven work experience in warehouse, fulfillment or logistics
- Managing operational teams and driving process improvements
- Food Grade or Ecommerce experience
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Proficiency in operational analytics
- Experience building and scaling teams and systems
