Job Summary

Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, value-added services, order fulfillment, and shipping to ensure service, productivity, and quality goals are achieved. Manage, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and associates while building a culture centered on safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Monitor operational performance metrics, labor utilization, and customer service levels, implementing proactive solutions to improve efficiency and drive results. Partner with customers, warehouse leadership, and cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, support business growth, and maintain strong service performance. Oversee workforce planning, staffing strategies, and labor management to optimize productivity while controlling operational costs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, employee engagement, and overall warehouse performance. Requires 4+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL experience including at least 2 years in a management role.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL experience
  • at least 2 years in a management role leading supervisors and frontline teams
  • Experience managing warehouse operations, labor planning, inventory control, productivity, and customer service performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), operational reporting tools, Microsoft Office applications, and data-driven decision-making
  • Financial acumen with experience managing labor costs, productivity metrics, and operational budgets
  • Flexibility to support business needs, including varying schedules, peak operational periods, and critical customer situations as required
  • Ability to lead multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to effectively balance operational performance, workforce management, and customer expectations
  • Must be able to deliver strong results across safety, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and customer service
  • Must be able to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
