Job Summary
Operations Manager to drive day-to-day execution across omnichannel ecommerce, partnering with Leadership in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, CX, and Product. Own recurring operational workflows across DTC, Amazon, retail, wholesale, and 3PL, coordinate inventory transfers and launch readiness, monitor KPIs, build SOPs and dashboards, manage marketplace initiatives, and coordinate with warehouses, vendors, and external partners. Role emphasizes structure, ownership, cross-functional collaboration, data accuracy across Shopify, ERP/OMS, EDI, and planning tools, and a continuous improvement mindset to reduce manual work and increase efficiency. Requires strong communication, project-management discipline, and familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, ERP/OMS, EDI) and collaboration tools (Monday.com). Location flexibility is remote within the United States, with EST working hours.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, supply chain operations, or business operations
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong systems aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms/tools
- High proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel with strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable holding others accountable and following through persistently
- Process improvement mindset with a bias for action
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, ERP/OMS, EDI, Monday.com, or similar tools strongly preferred
- Must be reliable and aligned to U.S. Eastern Time working hours
