Job Summary
Operations Manager role at GardaWorld focusing on overseeing multiple functions to meet site goals, budgeting and cost control, and maintaining high quality and compliance in cash logistics operations. Key duties include interviewing, training and supervising staff; enforcing performance standards; conducting weekly audits; ensuring payroll and safety reporting accuracy; leveraging Money Manager System and coin-room procedures; analyzing operational issues with IT support; and coordinating with client services. Requires 3-5 years of operations management experience, a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent, P&L management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with armored/currency processing, DOT guidelines (preferred), and Microsoft Office. May require CDL and driver record checks; travel readiness and adherence to safety regulations are emphasized. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of Operations management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- P&L management experience
- Strong knowledge of armored operations, currency processing and bank operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License without air-brake restrictions (for branches with vehicles over 26,001 lbs) and a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interview, train, coach, and discipline employees
- Understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and related safety handbooks
