Job Summary
Manage production, transport, and customer service departments while supervising production supervisors and ensuring strict adherence to annual budget targets. Interpret performance metrics to drive productivity, control employee scheduling, and maintain safety standards across the workplace. Develop backup plans for all operational levels, analyze daily client routes and operation times, and manage fleet costs and maintenance. Sequence production based on client needs, ensure compliance with policies through direct coaching, and collaborate closely with HR and the union to maintain team cohesion. Prepare for and supervise seasonal operations to ensure staff stability.
