Job Summary
Lead frontline employees, improve operational efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction through hands-on field experience during a structured five-month leadership development program. Partner with drivers and technicians to develop job-related skills while actively practicing coaching conversations and seeking feedback. Collaborate with all frontline managers to learn daily business operations, including dispatch, routing, and fleet maintenance processes. Develop knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety systems and ensure performance excellence. Complete the assigned training curriculum and review best practices to enhance daily performance. Transition into an Operations Manager role upon successful completion, responsible for coaching, mentoring, and managing teams. Candidates must be willing to relocate within the Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming market area. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Valid Driver's License Upon Hire
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record throughout the duration of employment
