Job Summary
Manage a financially viable PDS supported dental office by driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth while executing the PDS Operational Model with consistency. Assess, investigate, and resolve staff and patient issues by analyzing facts to develop timely, effective solutions. Lead team development through assessment, hiring, retention, and coaching to ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. Report weekly to the Regional Manager on accomplishments, goals, and system effectiveness. Gain proficiency in cash management, accounting protocols, and financial reporting to achieve monthly budget goals. Travel to multiple offices daily to oversee operations and implement office success plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of related work experience in operational management
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Reliable means of transportation to travel to assigned offices
