Job Summary
Operations Manager Trainee (Leader in Training) to master people management in field operations across educational, corporate, and industrial sites. Responsibilities include field operations & leadership, crew management, scheduling, timesheet reviews, site audits for quality and safety, HR onboarding and coaching frontline staff, retention strategies, and exposure to sales and budget management. Rotation through janitorial, landscaping, and equipment-operation roles with opportunities to develop leadership skills and a path toward operations management. Program runs for one year (June–May) with rapid career advancement and a company vehicle/travel allowance for local job-site visits; on-site and field-based in Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Recent college graduate (up to one year post-graduation)
- Commitment to a structured, immersive one-year program (June to May)
- Ability to perform highly physical work
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and some weekends
- Strong people skills and safety-first mindset
