Operations Manager (Trade)

Operations Manager (Trade) responsible for owning analytics and process design across Retention, Credit Control, and Trade Support. Build and own the performance reporting framework, surface churn signals and collection metrics, and translate insights into actionable decisions. Design end-to-end workflows with both in-house and BPO teams, create scalable improvements, and enable cross-functional delivery between Trade Lifecycle, Finance, Product, CRM, and Engineering. Develop frameworks, playbooks, and self-serve analytics capabilities; maintain cadence of reviews and execution to keep the function aligned with commercial outcomes. Requires a breadth of strategy/operations/analytical experience, strong SQL, BI tooling (Tableau), vendor management experience, and familiarity with MRR, churn, bad debt, and cash collection. Remote-friendly in the UK, with a Full-Time staff role at Checkatrade as part of the Commercial & Operations team in London.
