Job Summary
Operations Manager (Toronto) oversees donor and non-profit networks in Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton, supporting Direct Delivery and Pickup programs, the Second Harvest Food Rescue App, and special annual initiatives (Feeding Our Future, Harvest Kitchens). Responsibilities include building regional partnerships with donors, logistics partners, and non-profits; collaborating with internal teams to support food redistribution programs; staff coaching and development; providing exceptional customer service to partners; serving as a regional ambassador through presentations and engagements; identifying growth opportunities and new initiatives; assessing capacity and operational improvements across Direct Delivery, Pickup, App, Harvest Kitchens, and Feeding Our Future; overseeing reporting and data collection; supporting Training and Education workshops; and performing related duties.
