Operations Manager

Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution centre operations at the Kemps Creek site, reporting to the Site Manager. This senior, hands-on leadership role focuses on safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation, delivering service excellence while meeting performance, safety and financial targets. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating resources for labour, equipment and systems; building strong relationships with customers to enhance service outcomes; investigating operational issues and implementing corrective actions; driving continuous improvement; ensuring site processes, procedures and standards are documented, implemented and adhered to; acting as point of escalation for operational issues and supporting audits and reviews; and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support growth and operational excellence. Requirements emphasize 3PL experience, warehousing and distribution best practices, WMS and labour optimization, proven leadership and coaching ability, and a solid understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
