Job Summary
Serve as direct supervisor for all operational departments including parking, ticketing, retail, custodial, guest services, and security. Partner with the General Manager to develop, implement, and refine SOPs, lead recruitment and scheduling of operations staff, and approve timecards. Oversee build and strike of event infrastructure, ensure stations are show-ready, and enforce workflows for crowd control and emergency access. Monitor guest flow in real time, conduct quality control walkthroughs, and act as the primary on-site point of contact for vendors. Maintain communication on operational needs and partner with Guest Services to resolve incidents quickly. Ensure proper signage placement, support emergency planning, and enforce safety protocols including access control and regulatory compliance. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the 8/17/26 through 11/15/26 season.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in live event, theme park, or venue operations
- at least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
- Demonstrated success managing multiple departments in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
- Working knowledge of staff scheduling platforms, timecard systems, and basic safety protocols
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate indoor and outdoor event spaces—including uneven terrain and crowded areas—for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours throughout the season
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required during the operational season
- Must be able to work weekends
