Job Summary
Lead multiple team leaders and operational teams to ensure daily top-level performance in a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. Drive results by steering operations on KPIs and translating outcomes into concrete improvement actions. Initiate and guide projects focused on safety, quality, and process optimization while collaborating closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and HSE departments. Manage continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and foster team development through inspiring leadership. Requires HBO or WO degree, extensive experience in production management, and fluency in Dutch and English. Salary ranges from €5,366 to €8,029 gross monthly with a 13th month and 25 vacation days.
