Job Summary
Lead site operations with a focus on safety, environmental compliance, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement. Drive initiatives across safety performance, operating costs, material variances, and lean manufacturing practices while ensuring field personnel adhere to company policies and safety requirements. Coach supervisors and team leads on incident investigations and root-cause analysis, then develop training on safe work practices and JSEA completion. Meet production output, on-time shipping, and yield optimization targets by collaborating with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and HSEQ teams to execute operational strategies. Manage resources to ensure workforce effectiveness and operational continuity, submitting to background, medical, and drug screenings. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and 6-10+ years in manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering
- 6-10+ years' experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- OSHA PSM Plant experience
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with appropriate assistance
- Must be available for 20% travel
