Job Summary
Oversee all branch operational functions, ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including BSA and CRA standards. Supervise operational staff such as tellers, manage cash levels, and conduct periodic audits to identify process improvements and minimize risks. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members while assisting the Branch Manager with staffing decisions and performance management. Resolve escalated operational issues and collaborate on strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales goals. Maintain accurate records, prepare required reports, and manage facility needs and equipment functionality. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of banking experience, with a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 annually plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of experience in banking
- Three years of experience in a supervisory position
- Advanced English written
- Fluent English verbal
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking policies, regulations, operational procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
