Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for training, leading, and developing a team of specialists, driving sales and revenue goals, maintaining client loyalty and retention, and ensuring exceptional service. Duties include managing daily operations of specialists, providing direction on operations, service, and client care, overseeing basic financial performance (revenue growth and expense control), daily travel throughout territory to visit clients and support the sales team on business development, and submitting weekly, monthly, and yearly reports. Requires flexibility in scheduling (early mornings and weekends as needed).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service
- Success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment a plus
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
