Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for training and leading a team of specialists to achieve sales and revenue goals, enhance client loyalty and retention, and ensure superior service. Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting scheduled appointments for efficiencies, field routing, client QC audits, and account management; provide direction to staff across operations, service, and client care; manage basic financial performance including revenue growth and expense control; travel within the territory visiting clients, assisting specialists, and partnering with the sales team on business development; maintain flexibility for early morning and weekend work; submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment a plus
- ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
- valid driver’s license from state of residence
