Job Summary

Operations Manager for the Technology Partner Ecosystem (TPES) oversees program operations, onboarding, and data governance to keep the ecosystem running at pace. Acts as the human bridge between sales and the partner network to ensure sellers can move fast when a partner connection could impact a deal. Responsibilities include end-to-end TPES partner onboarding, onboarding logistics and enablement, coordinating partner launches with Product/Marketing, managing intake and evaluation for new partners, supporting co-marketing initiatives, maintaining the TPES calendar, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Owns the TPES partner registry, conducts regular pipeline reviews, maintains data accuracy across systems (including Octavia TPES Bot data sources), and serves as the quality control layer between TPES and dependent systems. Facilitates seller inquiries, maintains partner capability knowledge, builds lightweight self-serve resources (FAQs, partner one-pagers, contact directories), and identifies recurring questions for enablement. Coordinates TPES events (TPES Days, Leadership Days, partner events) across global sites, prepares agendas and follow-ups, and tracks action items. Acts as the operational link between TPES and GTM, Sales, Product, and Channel teams, supports extension of TPES to the partner network, and coordinates across time zones (NA, EMEA, ANZ) to maintain momentum.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, partnership operations, program management, or a similar execution-focused role
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Natural owner of data quality; identifies issues and fixes them rather than workaround
  • Comfortable operating in a sales-adjacent environment with urgency in live deals
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with internal sellers and external partner contacts
  • Exceptional written communication; ability to convert inputs into crisp agendas, summaries, and follow-ups
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience running recurring pipeline review calls and ensuring data hygiene across teams
  • Experience supporting a global team across multiple time zones (NA, EMEA, ANZ)
  • Exposure to partner portals, CRM ops, or revenue operations functions
  • Preferred: background in B2B SaaS, UCaaS/CCaaS, or technology partnership/business development
