Job Summary
Lead and manage all plant operations to meet production schedules and customer demand while allocating resources to optimize output and efficiency. Drive performance in safety, quality, cost, and delivery through Lean Manufacturing principles, monitoring operational metrics and implementing corrective actions. Develop and execute strategic operating plans, including capital projects and process improvements, while collaborating with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, and champion employee development and training initiatives. Maintain effective communication across all departments and shifts. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing required with 5+ years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-shift teams in a plant environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement effective solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience leading large capital projects from concept to completion
- Familiarity with safety programs and regulatory compliance standards
Desired Qualifications
- experience with MRP systems preferred
- Formal training in problem-solving and operational analysis
