Job Summary

Lead teams to consistently exceed established goals while implementing forward-looking plans that drive successful execution. Manage financial resources to achieve operational excellence and meet the site financial operating plan. Recruit, train, develop, and retain quality associates while establishing strong relationships with customers and supporting departments. Ensure all supervisors and associates are trained, competent, and aligned with customer business objectives. Maintain an incident-free safety culture by proactively identifying unsafe conditions and coaching through safety observations. Collaborate with other sites to share best practices and lead efforts to improve fleet utilization and fuel efficiency. Meet or exceed all customer key performance metrics by interacting daily with local customers to understand emerging needs. Identify operational improvements in route optimization, carrier selection, and trailer loading to maximize customer efficiencies and achieve cost savings.
