Job Summary
Lead operations for Sunnies Studios by managing both company-owned and consignment units, developing and implementing operational policies, and improving management systems to ensure compliance. Drive sales targets and enhance customer service through team mentoring and the application of best practices. Establish clear procedures while influencing the team to adopt analytical and organizational standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree, six years of operations management experience, and proficiency in MS Office or Google tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- at least six (6) years of experience as Operations Manager
- Analytical, excellent organizational skills & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and/or Google tools
- Able to influence & motivate team
