Job Summary
Manage daily operations of a local Customer Service Center, overseeing service, distribution, and storage activities. Design and execute service processes including work orders, parts requisition, repairs, and production schedules. Maintain the vehicle fleet through preventative maintenance and coordinate fuel, distribution, and inventory quality compliance. Oversee workforce and material needs to ensure seasonal demand coverage while recruiting and retaining employees with relevant behavioral skills. This role supports Suburban Propane's mission to serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers nationwide through renewable energy alternatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
