Job Summary
Manage daily operations of a local Customer Service Center, focusing on service, distribution, and storage activities. Design and execute service processes including preparing work orders, requisitioning parts, scheduling dispatch, and route forecasting. Maintain the vehicle fleet by coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, and licensing while ensuring fuel and inventory quality compliance. Oversee the daily workload, project workforce and material needs to ensure seasonal demand coverage, and recruit and retain employees with the necessary knowledge and behavioral skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of distribution, fuel industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
