Job Summary
The Operations Manager will direct and supervise all aspects of operations at the Stuart C. Siegel Center, including engineering, technical services, event services, and public safety. Responsibilities include coordinating operations with other departments, implementing facility rules, investigating operational issues, and ensuring facility readiness for events. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. A Bachelor's degree in Management or Maintenance Engineering and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar facility are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from technical college with major in Management or Maintenance Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supervising or Managing in a similar facility
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to effectively supervise staff
