Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in operations, business management, consulting, or fast-growing startup environments
- Proven ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end
- Hands-on experience working closely with senior leaders or founders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Structured, low-ego working style with a clear bias toward outcomes
