Job Summary
Execute daily operations for the Pool Maintenance department by supervising specialists, directing dispatching and routing, and managing inventory of chemicals and parts. Coordinate workflows, schedules, and assignments while overseeing training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Handle client communications, manage customer assignments, and conduct field inspections to ensure service quality and resolve operational inefficiencies. Requires three years of supervisory experience and strong logistical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field
- Equivalent industry work experience
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool repair and maintenance
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on computers
- Physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl in awkward spaces
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool repair and maintenance preferred
- Three years of supervisory experience preferred
