Operations Manager

Dynamic Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations at Speedy Delivery LLC. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability, supervising teams, overseeing P&L with cost management and revenue growth strategies, coordinating business development initiatives to expand market presence, managing project management efforts for timely delivery, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Requires proven management experience, strategic planning, leadership ability, strong interpersonal and project management skills, and knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma is a plus). Full-time, in-person role based in Phoenix, AZ.
