Job Summary
Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently while communicating proactively to improve operations. Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team, identifying proper staffing levels to deliver a superior customer experience. Ensure parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed, and maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, expense reviews, and budget management. Identify procurement and vendor service needs, perform general accounting duties including accounts payable and payroll, and monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards. Monitor and review damage claims, recommending safety improvement plans to prevent reoccurrence, and implement policies to ensure compliance with OSHA laws. Requires a valid driver's license; salary range $85,000-$90,000 per year.

- Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.

- Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.
