Operations Manager - Snow Removal/Landscaping

Job Summary
Manage master scheduling tools, fleet maintenance, and repair needs for assigned service centers while coordinating operational schedules with account executives and production managers. Oversee fleet supervisors, field staff, and purchasing for materials and sub-contractors to ensure budgets are met and job requirements are level-set. Support sales teams with proactive communication, estimate proposals, and manage post-sale quality control and warranty programs. Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after project delivery, while maintaining strict safety, quality, and professional image standards across all job sites. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and disciplinary protocols to maintain adequate staffing levels.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver's license free of points from traffic violations and or accidents
- Ability to pass security background checks
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to pass security background checks
- Must not use illicit drugs or prescribed pharmaceuticals that will impact their ability to safely carry out their job
