Operations Manager - Snow Removal/Landscaping

Job Summary
Manage service delivery and fulfillment operations by overseeing fleet maintenance, repairs, and inventory systems for assigned service centers. Update master scheduling tools and production calendars while coordinating schedules with account executives and production managers. Direct field supervisors and production managers, ensuring budget adherence for materials, labor, and purchasing requisitions. Maintain high safety and quality standards across all job sites, personnel uniforms, and facility cleanliness. Support sales teams with proactive communication, estimate proposals, and manage post-sale quality control and warranty programs. Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- Must have and hold a valid driver's license free of points from traffic violations and or accidents
- Must be able to pass security background checks
- Must not use illicit drugs or prescribed pharmaceuticals that will impact their ability to safely carry out their job
