Job Summary
Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels while coordinating with other departments and Flex sites to drive operational excellence. Establish procurement, production, and engineering services policies to ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to. Coach and mentor the operations team, leveraging industry practices to apply internal systems effectively. Report weekly to Senior Management during operations reviews and monitor production plans and schedule availability. Requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial or electronics engineering with strong SMT and Lean Manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics or related
- Strong experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of SMT processes
- Backend Knowledge
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
